Smile!

Two years ago today I was boarding a plane for Necker Island - and what a time it was!  I certainly didn't need this reminder while I was there, surrounded not only by the beauty of the British Virgin Islands, but also amazingly inspiring business disruptors, charitable leaders and all 'round top folk.

A smile takes very little effort, yet can achieve so much.
